1. My biggest surprise was how important the social media sector is. I did not think that social media was such a great tool.
2. Something that was confusing to me was the marketing philosophy. I was confused that the short-term focus ignores the preferences for the customers. I would of thought that customer preference would be a top priority, and not something to be ignored.
3. Two questions to ask the author:
1. What do you think it the biggest challenge when it comes to the market for entrepreneurs creating a new firm or product?
2. Which pricing model do you think is the best one to use and why?
4. I disagree with what the author said about primary and secondary data. I believe that primary data should be gathered first, not secondary data.
